OUR STORY

We’re Bridget and Courtney, co-founders of The Co-Mission. We’re best friends, real estate pros, creative thinkers, and now, your go-to marketing partners. For 20 years, we ran parallel paths in the commercial real estate world. We worked with top-tier brokerages, developers, and builders. Then the stars finally aligned, and we realized it was time to bring our shared vision to life.

The Co-Mission isn’t just our business. It’s our dream. It’s the result of experience, instinct, and a little bit of magic (plus a lot of coffee and a few good dogs).

WHY WE GET IT

We’re not just marketers. We’re brokers too. We understand the pace, the pressure, the high stakes, and the even higher standards. We know your time is valuable, your listings are competitive, and your brand matters. Everything we create is built with one goal in mind: to help you close more deals. That includes pitch decks, branding, digital brochures, and anything else you need to stand out.

Because when your commission goes up, we’ve done our job.

The Co-Mission is a name with layers.
It’s about collaboration — our co-mission as best friends and co-founders.
It’s about shared goals — your co-mission with us as your strategic partner.
And of course, it’s about results — our mission to help increase your commission.

It’s not just clever (though we do love a good double meaning).
It’s a reflection of what we’re here to do: empower you with the kind of marketing that doesn’t just look good, it performs.

WHERE WE'RE GOING

We started The Co-Mission with a photo of our dream beach house on the wall and a big idea: to build a company that could serve others and help us create the lives we imagine.

That’s what we want for our clients, too. Big wins. Big vision. And marketing support that helps you get there.

Let’s make it happen.

In Loving Memory: The Pups Behind the Brand

Every great agency has its secret sauce. Ours had four legs.

Waylon was a basset hound with a regal soul, a wise stare, and the
unmatched ability to nap through anything — except the smell of takeout.
He brought the droll charm and steady wisdom to our early brainstorm
sessions.

Charlee, a long-haired chihuahua with movie-star looks and a ride-or-die
heart, kept us both grounded and inspired. Loyal, bold, and endlessly
handsome, Charlee reminded us daily what it means to show up with heart.

Their paw prints are all over this dream. We carry them with us in every
pitch, every project, and every goal we help a broker crush.
