Because let’s be honest, there’s always something.
A missing logo.
A 300 DPI image uploaded at 72.
A client who swears they emailed you “the final-final” version two revisions ago.
If you work in commercial real estate or marketing, you already know: the hustle is real, the timeline is never long enough, and the Wi-Fi will go out five minutes before your pitch deck is due.
But here’s what I’ve learned: if you can’t laugh about it, you’ll lose your mind.
Humor keeps the burnout away. It reminds you that even when the stakes feel sky-high, the sun will rise, the deal will close, and your client will still text you next week asking to “just tweak one more thing.”
I take my work seriously,
but not myself.
Because joy is part of the job description, at least at The Co-Mission.
So if you see me laughing in the middle of a deadline, just know that’s not chaos.
