If you read Bridget’s piece, you already understand the problem. The market has shifted. The decision makers are younger. Cold calling is over. AI is flattening the experience moat. And the most accomplished professionals in CRE are still somehow the best-kept secrets in their market.
She’s right about all of it. Go read it if you haven’t.
What she left for me is the part I’m honestly more obsessed with anyway: the architecture. The actual system we built. What happens from the moment you say yes to the moment you have a complete identity kit in your hands and why the thing you receive is structurally incapable of looking like anyone else’s.
That last part is not marketing language. It is a mechanical fact about how EBP works.Let me show you why.
Most personal branding processes start with a deliverable. A ghostwriter starts writing. A photographer books the shoot. A designer opens a template. The output exists before anyone has done the diagnostic work to determine what the output should actually say.
We built EBP in the opposite direction.
The first thing that happens when you engage with us is the Executive Identity Diagnostic™ which is a structured intake questionnaire and a 60–90 minute strategy session that does one thing: figures out exactly who you are and how you naturally express authority. Not who you want to be. Not who your firm needs you to be. Who you actually are when you’re operating at your best.
We ask questions nobody else asks. Not “describe your brand in three words.” Not “what are your core values.” We ask things like: when you walk into a beautifully designed room, what specifically makes you stop.. is it the materials, the restraint, the scale? If your professional presence were a typeface, would it be a serif or a sans, and what does that tell you about how you want to be read? What’s the one sentence you want the most important person in your industry to say about you in ten years or to someone they’re introducing you to?
These are not warm-up questions. Every single one maps to a specific deliverable. We ask them because the answers tell us things about your identity that you probably haven’t articulated before and those things are the raw material of everything we build.
Here is the thing about personality tests: they describe you. Myers-Briggs tells you whether you’re an introvert or an extrovert. The Enneagram tells you your fear structure. They are interesting and occasionally useful and they produce zero actionable brand direction.
The Taste Archetype System™ is different in a specific and important way. It doesn’t describe your personality. It maps how you naturally express professional authority which is a completely different question with completely different answers.
We built eight archetypes, each one representing a distinct combination of visibility posture, structural orientation, voice register, and visual aesthetic. They sit on two axes: how public or private you are by nature, and how institutional or independent your authority is rooted.
The Eight Archetypes The Sovereign Architect™ Commands through structure, institutional gravity, and long-game conviction. Builds for permanence. The visual register is deep, controlled, monumental. The voice is deliberate and earned. The Systems Vanguard™ Leads through analytical precision and technical authority. Credibility comes from execution, not performance. Clean, high-contrast visual language. Structured, rigorous voice. The Cultural Visionary™ Translates creative intelligence and taste into professional authority. Connects aesthetics and strategic thinking into a singular perspective. Rich, expressive, curated visual register. The Influence Catalyst™ Builds authority through magnetism and relational power. Energizes through connection and generates momentum in rooms. Warm, high-presence visual language. Generous and magnetic voice. The Enduring Founder™ Builds through stewardship, values-led conviction, and the long game. Authority rooted in durability and trust. Warm, grounded palettes. Narrative depth in voice. The Private Chancellor™ Shapes outcomes through judgment, discretion, and strategic restraint. Does not need the spotlight to determine what matters. Controlled, refined visual language. Measured and precise voice. The Structural Disruptor™ Builds credibility by rethinking stale systems and articulating better paths. Not disruptive for sport but disruptive when the structure no longer deserves protection. High-contrast, directional visual register. The Autonomous Curator™ Leads through taste, selective authorship, and a self-directed point of view. Authority comes from discernment and independence, not position. Editorial, refined visual language.
Your archetype is assigned through the diagnostic using a weighted scoring system across behavioral signals, visual and symbolic preferences, and intellectual orientation. You receive a Primary and a Secondary because most people express authority through a dominant register with a secondary layer underneath it.
Here is why this matters structurally: every single deliverable we produce is built fromthat assignment. Your color palette is archetype-specific. Your typography direction isarchetype-specific. The way your AI voice prompt is calibrated including the sentence length, the vocabulary density, the philosophical register, what it will and will not say isarchetype-specific. Your bio doesn’t sound like a bio we wrote for anyone else becauseit can’t. The archetype won’t allow it.
I’ve described a lot of deliverables. But the deliverables are not actually the thing.
The thing is Coherence.
Every single asset we produce passes through the archetype. The photo brief and the bio and the voice prompt and the LinkedIn rewrite all come from the same diagnostic assignment. Which means when someone encounters you online, in any context, on any platform, it all feels like the same person. Because it is the same person. The actual you, expressed consistently and accurately, instead of the fragmented, inconsistent, autopilot version most people have accumulated by accident.
That coherence is what creates the signal. And the signal is what creates the business outcomes.
The system takes 2–3 weeks from diagnostic to delivery. It costs $4,500, one time. No subscription. No retainer. No ongoing engine that needs babysitting. You put in a few focused hours at the front end. We build the whole thing. You walk away owning a complete identity architecture that was built specifically for you and structurally cannot be replicated for anyone else.
If you’ve read this far and it sounds like something you’ve needed for a while and you’re right. It is.
